Terry was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.

Terry was recalled from Round Rock on Monday but did not appear in the series finale against the Red Sox. He'll yield his roster spot to Leody Taveras for the time being, but he could be a strong candidate to return to the big club when rosters expand Sep. 1.
