Adell is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Astros, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

EDGE Analysis

Early indications seem to be that Adell is stuck in a platoon role for now. He started in left field on Opening Day against lefty Framber Valdez but has been on the bench against righties Jake Odorizzi and Justin Verlander. Brandon Marsh starts in left field Saturday, with Jose Rojas in right. That's the second straight start for Rojas, who appears to be taking the at-bats that were previously ticketed for Taylor Ward (groin).
