Olt (wrist) will begin a rehab assignment with Double-A Tennessee on Friday, Gordon Wittenmyer of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. While Olt continues to work his way back from a wrist issue that's kept him out since the beginning of the season, Kris Bryant continues to shine as the Cubs' everyday third baseman. As a result, Olt may not remain with the Cubs when activated from the disabled list.
