Odorizzi (0-1) allowed four runs on nine hits while striking out six over six innings, and took the loss Sunday against the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Odorizzi gave up four runs in the second, which was capped off by a Manny Machado two-run bomb, though he held the Orioles down in each of the other five frames he pitched. Although he didn't have a great outing, he's still looking to build upon the success of his 2015 campaign, when he posted an ERA of 3.35 with a 1.15 WHIP. He'll make his next start Friday against the White Sox.
