Octavio Dotel (elbow) has shifted his minor league rehab assignment to Triple-A Toledo. Meaning the veteran right-hander is one step away from activation. Dotel has been on the disabled list since late April with right elbow discomfort and will likely be eased back into high-leverage relief appearances.
