Octavio Dotel (elbow) has resumed throwing. Dotel was given medication and shut down for six days after Dr. James Andrews determined earlier this month that he had no structural damage in his right elbow. The righty will eventually head out on a rehab assignment, though it's unclear when that will happen. He should return sometime next month if he can avoid setbacks.
