Nova (hamstring) is on track to make his next schedule start, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Nova downplayed the hamstring issue after leaving Sunday's start prematurely, saying he expected to take this weekend's turn. Head athletic trainer Todd Tomczyk supported that notion with an endorsement of Nova's health Tuesday. Outside of one shaky start against San Francisco, Nova has been outstanding since joining the Pirates, allowing a total of six runs in his other four outings.
