Nova (elbow) is scheduled to throw three innings in an extended spring game Tuesday, The Westchester Journal News reports. Nova has already worked his way up to two innings thus far in his rehab, but manager Joe Girardi indicated he may not need to get stretched out much more. Girardi mentioned that Nova "might need or two more" rehab starts, so it appears as though the 28-year-old is on track to rejoin the big league club toward the end of May.
