Nova (elbow) has been making 25 throws from 60 feet every other day for the past week, the Star-Ledger reports. After undergoing Tommy John surgery, Nova has been starting it out lightly but will eventually stretch out his arm further. He'll go to Tampa over the offseason to continue rehabbing in attempt to return in 2015.
