Nova (1-1) took the loss Tuesday against the Angels as he alloweed two runs on eight hits and two walks over 5.1 innings. Nova is still stretching his arm out after missing most of 2014; he was taken out after just 85 pitches Tuesday. His return thus far has been a success, as he has a 1.50 ERA with eight strikeouts against four walks in 12 innings. He was tagged for a pair of solo home runs Tuesday but induced six ground balls and 13 swinging strikes. We'll see if he can stay as sharp as his workload increases.
