Norichika Aoki left Tuesday's game versus the Tigers with discomfort in his groin muscle. Aoki must have injured himself at some point when he singled and eventually scored in the top of the second inning, as Lorenzo Cain took his spot in right field for the bottom of the frame. The Royals should update the outfielder's status after the game.
