The right-hander exited after 94 pitches (54 strikes) in line for the win with the Mets ahead 9-3, but the bullpen coughed up six runs in the next two innings. Stroman issued more than two free passes for the first time since June 27 and saw his quality start streak snapped at three in the mediocre effort.
