Nimmo is still day-to-day with a deep muscle bruise on his hand, Newsday's Mark Carig reports. He has not swung a bat since the Mets' second spring game, after getting jammed multiple times. While Mets fans and Nimmo's dynasty league owners will be closely monitoring his success this spring, he fits more into the team's 2016 plans, and can be ignored in single season leagues for now.
