Nieuwenhuis is out of the lineup Thursday. With a lefty on the mound for the Cubs, John Mayberry will be deployed in right field and Curtis Granderson will move to center. However, look for Nieuwenhuis to continue to get starts when the opposing pitcher is a righty while Juan Lagares (muscle strain) is out.
