Nick Punto went 2-for-4 with a stolen base starting in place of Jed Lowrie on Tuesday. With Lowrie sidelined due to a strained neck, Punto took advantage, singling twice in his four at-bats. Punto also stole his second base of the year. With Lowrie expected back Wednesday, Punto will return to his reserve role.
