Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports that the Diamondbacks have "at least some level of interest" in Roy Oswalt. We can safely say that the D-Backs evaluating the market for starting pitchers, as Piecoro reported earlier in the day Monday that they also appear to have interest Mark Buehrle and Hiroki Kuroda. Oswalt, 34, has already drawn interest from the Nationals, Yankees, Rangers and Rockies, among others. The Phillies remain in contact with the veteran right-hander, but he's likely a longshot to return to Philadelphia in 2012.
