Atlanta Braves outfielder Nick Markakis (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers. The Braves will give Markakis the day off against the left-handed starter. Switch hitting Johan Camargo will play right field and bat seventh versus lefty Matthew Boyd. Camargo won't have much fantasy value against Boyd in this one.
