Nelson Cruz (elbow) is in Wednesday's lineup against the Rays. Cruz left Tuesday's game with a bruised left elbow after he was hit by a pitch, but it's evidently not a big concern. He'll start in right field and bat fifth against right-hander Alex Cobb.
