Neil Wagner (forearm) has resumed throwing. Wagner was shut down for about a month after being diagnosed with a right forearm strain. That injury often leads to Tommy John surgery, but he paid a visit to Dr. James Andrews in June and was prescribed rest. The right-hander could again be an option for the Blue Jays' bullpen at some point later this season.
