Gonzalez (side) said he's feeling "about 95 percent" on Tuesday and hopes to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Indianapolis by the end of the week, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic reports.

Gonzalez will take batting practice Wednesday and assess how he feels. If the 29-year-old does indeed head to Indianapolis late this week, a return during next week's series in Milwaukee is realistic.
