Manager Luis Rojas said Sunday that he's hopeful deGrom (elbow) will be able to resume mound work this week, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander is running out of time to return in 2021 with just three weeks remaining in the regular season, but Rojas remains hopeful that deGrom will be able to make an appearance or two late in the year.
