At age-41, Nathan is recovering from his second career Tommy John surgery. Most likely, teams interested in acquiring his services will be eyeing a return after the All-Star break, as it's reasonable to think that he'll need more than the typical minimum 12-month recovery window to get back on the mound in game situations after having the surgery in late April.
