Narveson has a left elbow sprain and will not throw for about a week, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports. Narveson was recently reassigned to the Marlins' minor league camp, and he'll now be held out of throwing work for at least a week while the team monitors his elbow. The 30-year-old will begin the year with Triple-A New Orleans in an attempt to work his way back to the major league level.
