Moya had his contract purchased from Double-A Chattanooga on Tuesday, Brandon Warne of ZoneCoverage.com reports.

Moya was acquired from the Diamondbacks earlier in the year via trade, and he'll get his first taste of the majors after absolutely dominating at Double-A this season. He compiled an impressive 0.77 ERA and 87:12 K:BB through 58.1 innings between Double-A Chattanooga and Double-A Jackson prior to his promotion. Still, seeing as he hasn't pitched above Double-A, the Twins will likely get his feet wet in lower-leverage situations.
