Yang was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Yang was recalled last Tuesday and wound up making one appearance, allowing two hits during two scoreless innings against the Astros on Saturday. He'll return to Round Rock for the time being but figures to be an option to rejoin the major-league squad when rosters expand to 28 on Wednesday.
