Morrison is out of the lineup Sunday against the Nationals, MLB.com's Greg Johns reports. With Morrison enduring a brutal three-game stretch in which he's gone hitless and struck out nine times in 12 at-bats, manager Lloyd McClendon will give him a day out of the lineup to clear his head. Kendrys Morales will move over from his usual post at designated hitter to cover first base for Morrison.
