Morneau (concussion) remains without a timetable to return from the disabled list, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports. Morneau suffered a concussion and cervical neck sprain while diving for a groundball in a May 13 game, and though he's since but the latter injury behind him, he continues to experience concussion symptoms. He remains under evaluation in Denver for further treatment, but has yet to resume regular baseball activities. The 34-year-old, who is in the final season of his contract with the Rockies, has a lengthy history of concussions from his time in Minnesota, which will likely prompt the team's medical staff to proceed cautiously with his recovery.
