Moore will make a rehab start Monday at High-A Charlotte, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Moore is expected to make one more rehab appearance beyond Monday's start, and that will likely come next weekend. Assuming he doesn't suffer a setback, Moore is on track to return to the Rays before the end of the month.
