Moore (elbow) will make another rehab start Tuesday for High-A Charlotte, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports. Expect Moore to increase his pitch count Tuesday after covering 2.1 innings in his first rehab start with Charlotte last week. Moore is eventually expected to move his rehab to Triple-A Durham, but likely not until he draws closer to the 90-pitch threshold.
