Moore earned his first win on the year, allowing three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three in five innings of work during a 4-3 victory over the Astros on Sunday. The left-hander struggled at times on the mound, giving up a run in the first inning and a homer to Jose Altuve in the fourth before being pulled after five innings and 88 pitches. It was the first time Moore made it through five since returning from Tommy John surgery. In just 14 innings, the 26-year-old has posted a 7.07 ERA and a 1.93 WHIP.
