Moore agreed to a minor league contract with the Marlins on Tuesday, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports.

The 29-year-old spent the entirety of last season with the Braves' Triple-A affiliate, but even though he only managed to bat .229 with three homers during his time there, he does have over 600 major league at-bats to his name from when he was with the Nationals. With Justin Bour locked in as the starter in Miami, though, Moore will likely be relegated to an organizational depth role.
