Seattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger (testicle) started in right field for High-A Modesto for the first time since getting injured. This was the second game Haniger has played in, going 0-for-2 with a walk. Haniger will see his workload increase slowly over the course of the next few games until he shows he can handle a full nine innings and will likely not be activated for at least another week or two.
