Seattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger (hand) said batting practice went well Tuesday, according to Greg Johns of MLB.com. He will hit again Wednesday and is awaiting word on when he is cleared for games, hopefully within the next few days. Haniger had been dealing with soreness in his right hand, but he says now that his hand feels "100 percent." Barring a setback, he has plenty of time to get ready for Opening Day.
