Minor has been pitching in extended spring training, and it looks as though he's finally ready to begin a rehab assignment after being out of the majors since 2014. The lefty is on the 60-day DL, so he can't return until the end of May at the earliest, but he could slot into the Royals' starting rotation whenever he is back at full health.
