Miller walked two and struck out one in recording a one-out save in Tuesday's win over the Tigers. The Tigers threatened in the bottom of the ninth as the winning run was at the plate with the bases loaded, but Miller induced a swinging strikeout to earn his fifth save. Dellin Betances was once again used in more of a setup role, so Miller seems to be the go-to closer even if manager Joe Girardi hasn't officially tabbed him as such.
