Miller (knee) has resumed a throwing program, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
After being shut down for a short period of time, Miller was recently cleared to resume throwing on flat ground. There is no set timetable for him to return to mound work, but if Miller is able to get back onto elevated ground in a week or so, he should make it back by mid-September. He will return to a high-leverage, multi-inning role at the back end of the Indians' bullpen once activated.
