St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas picked up a quality start on Sunday, throwing seven innings while allowing just two runs (one earned) on five hits. He didn't issue a walk and struck out six. Mikolas lowered his ERA to 3.46 and should continue to be a solid middle-of-the-rotation arm in a good rotation. He's worth owning in most formats.
