St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas' (forearm) throwing program has been slowed in camp as part of a plan to accommodate for the sore flexor tendon he had last season. Manager Mike Shildt said that Mikolas could be delayed for the start of Grapefruit League games as a result.
