Mike Trout will be in the leadoff spot for the American League in Tuesday night's 2013 All-Star Game. Trout will play left field. The lineup behind him goes: Robinson Cano (2B), Miguel Cabrera (3B), Chris Davis (1B), Jose Bautista (RF), David Ortiz (DH), Adam Jones (CF), Joe Mauer (C) and J.J. Hardy (SS). Tigers right-hander Max Scherzer will start for the AL All-Stars.
