Mike Puma of the New York Post hears that Travis d'Arnaud will be recalled "soon." D'Arnaud is hitting a blistering .348/.412/.804 with six homers over 12 games since his demotion to Triple-A Las Vegas, so he's apparently found his stroke at the plate. The backstop batted .180/.271/.273 before being optioned earlier this month but certainly has more upside offensively than he's shown.
