Mike Pelfrey is expected to under Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery on Tuesday or Wednesday. Pelfrey is visting with Dr. James Andrews on Monday, but CBS Sports' Jon Heyman says it's "merely procedural." The 28-year-old right-hander is done for the rest of the 2012 and is likely to be non-tendered by the Mets this winter. He has a 4.36 career ERA and 1.46 career WHIP.
