Mike Pelfrey (elbow) is scheduled to see Dr. James Andrews on Monday. Pelfrey is on anti-inflammatory medication, but it hasn't completely solved his nerve issue. The right-hander started the season off poorly with a 7.99 ERA in his first five outings. Any sort of elbow surgery would put the remainder of the 2014 campaign in jeopardy.
