Mike Pelfrey delivered an outstanding performance in Friday's victory over the Red Sox, scattering two hits and a walk over three scoreless innings of work.

Pelfrey also racked up five strikeouts in the outing. He now owns a 3.52 ERA and 7/2 K/BB ratio through 7 2/3 innings this spring, and looks healthy enough to open the season in the Twins rotation. The 29-year-old is just two years removed from a 15-win campaign for the Mets, and could be worth a flier in the later rounds of fantasy drafts, despite his lack of strikeouts.
