Mike Pelfrey allowed three runs over 6 2/3 innings in a win over the Tigers on Tuesday. Pelfrey allowed seven hits and a walk, managing to hold the Tigers' bats mostly in check for his first win since July 6. Even with the victory, Pelfrey is just 5-10 with a 5.19 ERA on the season. He'll look to keep some momentum rolling in Cleveland against the Indians on Sunday.
