Mike Pelfrey allowed three runs in just 4 1/3 innings in a loss to the White Sox on Tuesday. Maybe the only bright spot from the start was Pelfrey's six strikeouts. The right-hander gave up nine hits and a walk, needing 96 pitches to get through 4 1/3 innings. He'll take on the Tigers next week.
