Mike Pelfrey allowed six runs -- five earned -- over six innings in a loss to the Blue Jays on Friday. When the first batter of the game reaches on an error and comes around to score, like Jose Reyes did leading off on Friday, it's probably not your night. Pelfrey wasn't awful, as he allowed just six hits and two walks while striking out seven, but he was done in by a five-run third inning. He fell to 5-11 on the season, and he'll face the A's on Wednesday.
