Mike Minor struggled against the Nationals on Saturday, surrendering four runs on five hits in five innings. Command was a large issue again for Minor in this one, as he issued five free passes while striking out only two. The Nats pushed across single runs in the first and second innings, then added another two before Minor was removed without recording an out in the sixth. He's now 4-6 on the season and his 6.20 ERA hardly inspires confidence. Minor will look for better results when he takes on the Cubs at home on Thursday.
