The Cincinnati Reds reinstated left-hander Mike Minor (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list on Friday and optioned outfielder TJ Friedl to Triple-A Louisville in a corresponding move. Minor will make his season debut on Friday against the Washington Nationals.
