Mike Minor pitched very well in a rain-shortened start against the Marlins on Thursday, allowing just two hits and two walks over 3 2/3 scoreless innings, striking out one. Minor was cruising along after being staked to an early 6-0 lead, but a lengthy rain delay washed away any chance of picking up his seventh victory. He's looked like a completely different pitcher since the beginning of July, posting a 2-1 record, 1.74 ERA and 27/6 K/BB ratio over five starts, spanning 31 innings. As long as he continues pitching like this, he's a must start in all mixed leagues. He'll get the ball next when the Braves take on the Phillies in Philadelphia on Tuesday.
