Mike Minor allowed three runs on eight hits over 6 2/3 innings in a win over the Padres on Sunday. Minor needed a start against the offense-deficient Padres to get back on the right track, and even then it wasn't spectacular. Minor gave up eight hits, including two home runs, on the day. He also struck out six while walking one. Fortunately for Minor, he gets to pick on the Padres again next week, this time in San Diego. He'll take a 5.23 ERA and 1.56 WHIP into that start.
